All ASDF devices include a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Coils, pods and consumables are excluded.
Nationwide courier delivery within 2–4 working days. Free shipping on orders over R 750. Tracking link sent via email and WhatsApp once dispatched.
14-day returns on unopened, sealed products. Faulty devices within warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Sealed e-liquids and pods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Never charge devices unattended or overnight. Stop use if a device becomes hot, swollen or damaged. Dispose of batteries at certified e-waste drop-offs — see our Battery Disposal guide.
