1. Who we are

2. Age restriction (18+)

The sale and supply of nicotine-containing vaping products to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited under South African law. By using this site or placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to require proof of age at delivery and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified. Goods will not be left with any person who appears to be under 18.

3. Products and health warning

Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. They are intended for adult users of nicotine products only and are not intended as a smoking-cessation aid or medical device. They are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons with heart conditions, or anyone with a sensitivity to nicotine, propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT and applicable excise duty on nicotine e-liquids.
• An order placed via the website is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only once we accept and confirm the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock, pricing-error or compliance reasons.
• Wholesale pricing, credit terms and minimum order quantities for licensed retailers are governed by a separate retailer agreement.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within the Republic of South Africa only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You must provide accurate delivery details and a person aged 18 or older must be present to receive the goods and present ID on request.

6. Returns and the CPA

For sealed consumable products (including pods, disposables and e-liquids), returns are only accepted where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. 7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to resell to minors, to make any health, medicinal or cessation claim about our products, or in a way that breaches South African law. Marketing of nicotine vaping products to minors is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited to the price paid for those goods. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
